Basic policy

Our mission is “Make Everyone an Innovator.” Through our corporate activities and the development and provision of work style reform platform “TeamSpirit,” we are acting for making every employee a creator and creating rewarding society.

In October 2021, we developed that idea and formulated the “SDGs Basic Policy” to improve our medium- to long-term corporate value and realize sustainable management.
We would like to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society that the SDGs aim for, “leave no one behind”, by increasing the total amount of innovation in the world. As an innovator that connects the environment, society, and people, we will contribute to the creation of unseen value for all, aiming for both the sustainable development of society and the growth of our company.

Initiatives for SDGs

We support the purpose of the SDGs, and set basic policies for achieving those goals and realizing a sustainable society. We are working to solve social issues.

1. Equality58

We promise to respect diversity, equality and inclusion and act to achieve it. The exchange of diverse values creates new ideas that go beyond preconceived ideas and becomes a source of innovation. We welcome differences in gender, age, nationality, religion, disability, and working style as individuality so that everyone can continue to be creative, and we will demonstrate our own teamwork that makes the most of each individual’s uniqueness. We promise to do it.
Our Japan and Singapore offices have members with various backgrounds. As a One Team that transcends differences in history, culture, and language and creates a variety of ideas, we continue to work together to create better services.

  • Promotion of women’s advancement
  • Implementation of child-rearing support regardless of gender
  • Support for pregnant and child-rearing employees, maintenance of various working conditions, etc.
  • Implementation of activities to acquire “Kurumin” and “Eruboshi” certification (As a company that actively supports the balance between work and family life by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare .)
  • Reducing gender differences in recruitment, continuous working years, ratio of managers, etc.
  • Promotion of employment of people with disabilities
  • Implementation of unconscious bias training for all employees
  • Active recruitment of undervalued talent in the field of technology in collaboration with Salesforce Talent Alliance

We promise to carry out corporate activities that consider the global environment and provide services that are useful for global environmental conservation. Solving environmental problems, especially global warming, is an unavoidable issue for humankind. Actively contributing to the environmental conservation of the earth, where all people live now and in the future, is a mission for our company which has a mission of “Make everyone a creator.” In order to protect the earth, which is the place of creativity, we will actively work so that everyone can demonstrate their creativity and contribute to solving this problem.

Activities

  • Paperless
    By utilizing our “TeamSpirit” in-house, we are promoting the digitization of all operations such as attendance management, electronic approval, and expense settlement. In addition, we are going thorough paperless by promoting the digitization of faxes, contracts, pay slips, and invoices.
  • Purchasing green
    When purchasing in-house equipment, we are actively selecting and purchasing green that has the least impact on the environment.
  • Business design with less environmental load
    Maintaining own servers and data centers becomes a major factor in CO2 emissions. We do not own a server in-house, and reduce CO2 emissions by executing and developing business on cloud services provided by Salesforce and others.
  • Reduction of commuting and business trips by promoting telework
    By actively promoting telework even before the spread of the COVID-19 and utilizing online meetings for communication among employees, commuting and business trips are minimized, and CO2 emissions related to corporate activities are decreasing.

We promise to promote strong partnerships with customers who use “TeamSpirit”, shareholders, partner companies, and all other stakeholders toward the realization of a sustainable and creative society.
In addition, for non-profit organizations and educational corporations that are working for social missions, we will contribute to supporting through the provision of “TeamSpirit” which realizes the efficiency of back office operations such as attendance management and expense settlement, so that they can focus more time and resources on creative activities.
