Basic policy

We support and respect the international norms on human rights in “the International Bill of Human Rights” and “the Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work”. We also promise to provide an appropriate working environment where our employees can work safely and with peace of mind, ensure fair working conditions, and respect the human rights of all stakeholders involved in our corporate activities.

Respect for human rights

In order to fulfill our responsibility to respect human rights, we never tolerate any discrimination or human rights infringement based on race, nationality, gender, age, disability, marital status, childhood, sexual orientation or gender identity, thought or belief, religion, occupation and employment form. In addition, we do not allow any forced labor, human trafficking, child labor, harassment or bullying, or unfair treatment of any kind. We comply with the laws and regulations where our employees work, provide an appropriate working environment, and ensure fair working conditions, so that we provide equal employment opportunities to all. While asking our business partners and other stakeholders to comply with our human rights policy, we strive to realize a society where all people are not left behind and can play an active role.
